Terms & Conditions

Tickets

  • Every member of the audience must have a valid ticket.
  • Once purchased, tickets & Gift cards cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • If there was an error / mistake during the booking progress and this error / mistake hasn’t been on the behalf of ALA Markets and Events, as per the customer has made the error / mistake, then there will be a €1.00 fee for the refund.
  • Late admission is not guaranteed but will be offered whenever possible.
  • ALA Markets and Events reserves the right to refuse admission to any patron.
  • Glasses, bottles, cameras and recording equipment etc. are not allowed in the auditorium.
  • Mobile phones, pagers and watches should be silenced before entering the auditorium.
  • The management reserves the right to cancel any performance without prior notice and without being liable to pay any person any compensation or damage other than a refund of the face value of the tickets held by them of any cancelled performance.
  • The right is reserved to add, withdraw or substitute artists, change concert & performance venues and to vary advertised programmes as necessary.
  • Delivery of tickets: Once the payment is made, we will e-mail you a link where you can download and print your tickets instantly.

ALA Markets and Events reserves the right to withdraw any ticket and to replace it with a ticket for another seat in the marquee having the same or higher price than the ticket held.

Data Protection

  • Once you have booked tickets with ALA Markets and Events for shows your details will be held on our database.
  • If you wish to receive information from the organizers, please tell us at the time of booking, to be included on our mailing list.

Child Admittance

  • Patrons are advised that children under the age of 5 will not be admitted to events which are unsuitable for children. It is strongly advised that patrons seek recommendations from the Box Office regarding age admittance for suitable events when booking tickets for children under the age of 5.
  • For Family and Children’s events, babies under 12 months will be admitted to the concert free of charge, provided that they can be seated throughout the performance on the accompanying adults lap. In order to avail of this, patrons should inform the Box Office at the time of booking, in order to be provided with an “infant ticket”.

Conditions of Resale

  • There is no guarantee of tickets being resold.
  • There is a €2 charge per ticket for this service.
  • Tickets cannot be accepted for resale less than 30 minutes prior to a performance.
  • A signed docket must be issued on receipt of tickets.
  • Unsold tickets will only be held until 12.00pm on the day following the concert.
  • Tickets will only be offered for resale when events are 100% sold out, in the event of tickets being returned by the promoter after a ticket has been accepted for resale, the promoter’s tickets will take precedence.
  • ALA Markets and Events reserves the right not to accept tickets for resale.
  • Original tickets are required for resale – reprinted tickets are not accepted.
  • Proof of posting is not proof of receipt; we recommend the use of a postal service that requires a signature upon delivery.
  • ALA Markets and Events cannot accept liability for tickets returned for resale.

ALA Markets and Events fully respects your right to privacy, and will not collect or publish any personal information about you through this website without your clear permission. ALA Markets and Events does not collect any personal data about you on this website, apart from information which you volunteer (for example by e-mailing us, by using our online feedback form or by making a credit card booking). Any information which you provide in this way is not made available to any third parties, and is used by the ALA Markets and Events only in line with the purpose for which you provided it.

Collection and use of technical information

This website uses temporary “session” cookies which enable a visitor’s web browser to remember which pages on this website have already been visited. If you use the ‘Remember me’ option when logging in to the ALA Markets and Events website, a cookie is placed on your computer with an encrypted id to remember your credentials. As you do an online ticket purchase, the website will remember the contents of the “Shopping Cart” also. No other information is stored in this cookie. Visitors can use this website with no loss of functionality if cookies are disabled from the web browser. Technical details in connection with visits to this website are logged by our internet service provider for our statistical purposes. No information is collected that could be used by us to personally identify website visitors. The technical details logged are confined to the following items:

  • the top-level domain name used (for example .ie, .com, .org, .net)
  • content of the cart – encrypted
  • php session ID

ALA Markets and Events will make no attempt to identify individual visitors, or to associate the technical details listed above with any individual. It is the policy of the Law Society never to disclose such technical information in respect of individual website visitors to any third party (apart from our internet service provider, which records such data on our behalf and which is bound by confidentiality provisions in this regard), unless obliged to disclose such information by law. The technical information will be used only by ALA Markets and Events, and only for statistical and other administrative purposes. You should note that technical details, which we cannot associate with any identifiable individual, do not constitute “personal data” for the purposes of the Data Protection Acts, 1988 – 2003.

Glossary of technical terms used

Web browser: The piece of software you use to read web pages. Examples are Google Chrome, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari and Opera.
